Steve has spent
over 20 years in marketing research, both on the client side with General Mills, Pillsbury and Campbell Soup, and as
a qualitative research specialist and moderator for the past 10 years. Steve offers a strong strategic business sense
to help clients go beyond just what is said by their consumer or customer, but how to turn these insights into recommendations
and actions.
Steve earned his MBA from the University of Michigan in 1990, and holds a B.S. in Business with a
minor in Psychology from Washington & Lee University. Professional training includes moderator training at the RIVA Institute
and creative problem solving at Synectics.
